Fees & Insurance

Reduced and/or sliding scale fees are available based on income and only on a case by case basis. If you are instead using out-of-network benefits please call your insurance provider about these benefits and the process they require for reimbursement.

Any and all payments for therapy services are the responsibility of the individual client. Clients are expected to pay at the time of service unless financial arrangements are made in advance. Clients will accept responsibility for any missed appointment and/or late cancellation fees. The time scheduled for your appointment is assigned to you and you alone. Since your appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling of any appointment. Each client is given one warning for re-scheduling, canceling, or not showing up for their scheduled appointment. After the initial warning is given, the full fee will be charged for sessions missed without advance notification.
